Shipping Delays During Sales Periods

During sales periods, we receive a HUGE influx of orders and our small team will work on dispatching your items ASAP. Please note that during these times, dispatch can take 1–2 weeks.

Usual Shipping and Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 – 5 days. You will be sent an automatic shipping confirmation email including tracking number once complete. During peak times including online sales and school holidays there may be delays due to increased work load to ship out a lot of orders, and also having kiddos to juggle! Once shipped, orders will take approx. 3-6 days to arrive (W.A 1-3 days), they may sometimes take longer due to weekends, public holidays etc. 

International orders are may take up to 10-14 days to arrive, depending on location and transit variables (weather, shipping dates, efficiency of local carriers). 

Express Post Requests

Please ensure you leave enough time for your parcels to arrive if required for a special occasion! Shipping companies do not tend to understand last minute urgencies! It’s also a good idea to send us an email if your order is urgent as we may be able to send it with Express post however there will be an additional shipping charge.

Packaging Format

Due to rising shipping costs, we’re no longer able to send gumboot orders of more than one pair in their original boxes, as this would more than double the shipping cost.

For our 2026/27 gumboot range, we’ve updated our packaging from boxes to reusable calico bags — a more practical and efficient solution for shipping, without compromising on product protection.

Large Gumboot Orders (8+ Pairs)

During peak periods (including sales), if we receive a large gumboot order of 8 pairs or more (whether for personal use or business/resale), our team may contact you to confirm shipping details before dispatch. In some cases, shipping large quantities may exceed the standard shipping amount charged at checkout, if this occurs, we will be in touch to confirm any additional shipping costs prior to sending.

If your order is for resale, we will also confirm whether you would like the gumboots shipped in their original boxes, as by standard multiple-pair gumboot orders are sent unboxed in line with shipping guidelines and to keep freight costs as low as possible.
